Develop and continuously monitor organized and effective central office structures to provide a safe and secure learning environment and support instructional excellence.
- SCHOOL-LEVEL IMPLEMENTATION We will create aligned work plans for the strategic plan and implement shared communication systems to share the plan with school leaders. This will set clear expectations and accountability measures and develop a shared focus.
- PROGRESS MONITORING We will develop and implement systems to regularly leverage data and monitoring, establish ongoing ROI evaluation systems, and report on the implementation of the strategic plan. This will hold the staff accountable for progress and can adjust plans and improve implementation.
- ENHANCED SERVICE EXPERIENCE We will develop and implement high-quality customer service experiences and support. This will drive positive and productive partnerships with families and community partners.
- AGILE AND ADAPTABLE PLATFORMS We will improve identified operational systems. This will ensure processes are responsive and supportive of schools’ needs.
- COMMUNICATION STRUCTURES We will strengthen two-way communications between district departments and schools. This will build trust, increase efficiency, and ensure inclusiveness and responsiveness with all stakeholders.
- PORTFOLIO SCHOOLS We will manage and evaluate portfolio schools. This will position us to systematically ensure an increased number of high-quality schools.
