STRONG RELATIONSHIPS We will integrate social-emotional programming and practices rooted in equity throughout the school day. This will cultivate authentic and positive student, staff, and family relationships.

ATTENDANCE We will design and implement a proactive and reactive plan to address chronic absenteeism. This will increase students’ sense of belonging.

CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS We will implement aligned behavior management systems to enhance how Aldine staff respond to misbehavior and engage students. This will ensure we maintain Aldine’s warm, affirming, and inclusive culture.

POSTSECONDARY SUCCESS We will increase access to postsecondary preparation courses including dual credit, Advanced Placement, and Career Technical Education. This will provide students with multiple pathways for postsecondary success.

EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES We will design and implement a vision and strategy for increasing students’ access and participation in extracurricular activities. We believe this will increase students’ sense of belonging as they will find joy and connection while exploring interests outside of academics.
